1.Design.

Determine the specifications, material, thickness and bag type of the packaging film, and let your own designer or packaging factory design and produce packaging film drawings based on these materials, you can design several more copies, Be sure to give a reference when designing and finalize the bag. When designing, pay special attention to the text information on the packaging film, and pay attention to the following content: the name of the packaging film manufacturer, ingredients such as iron, calcium, sodium, etc., product introduction, origin, and net weight, mainly in g/kg, specifications, food labels Number, QS certification, health license number, production date, storage conditions, shelf life, edible method, manufacturer’s name, factory address and contact number, of which QS and barcode must not be less.

2.Making cylinder.

After the plate-making artwork is determined, professional technicians are required to color-separate the pattern and repair some unclear places. At the same time, more than a dozen processes are required to complete the plate-making process. I will not introduce them one by one here. 3.Printing.

After the raw materials are prepared, use a high-speed printing machine to print the surface film (there is a plate roll for each color during printing, and the engraving of the plate roll is intaglio engraving), and the ink flows continuously during printing, Because the ink will condense, a scraper is inlaid when the ink is printed and the film is printed. The scraper scrapes off the ink on the convex part of the plate roll so that the concave plate roll can be printed. If the scraper is stained with dust, there will be stripes of ink contamination. The phenomenon of dot-shaped ink contamination is because the ink splashes on the packaging film during rolling printing, which causes dot-shaped ink contamination.

4.Laminating.

The printed surface film and the easily heat-sealed inner film are compounded with a special high-speed peritoneal machine for special glue.

5.Curing.

After compounding, it needs to be aged for more than 24 hours in a curing room above 45 degrees, in order to make the food packaging film not easy to delaminate.

6.Bag making.

At this point, the production of food packaging film has come to an end. The bag-making technician needs to have certain skills. It is necessary to ensure that the edge of the color printing packaging film is well sealed and air-tight, and the temperature control of the hot knife has certain technicality. It leaves the factory after being inspected by the quality inspector.

7.Quality inspection

The main inspection items of the packaging film: length (mm), width (mm), thickness (um), appearance, overprinting error, color difference, peel strength, heat sealing strength.

1) The length and width are detected by a ruler, and the thickness is detected by a thickness gauge. The detection method is the same as ours.

2) The inspection of chromatic aberration is mainly by checking with the standard sealing sample, and the color difference should be consistent at one arm’s distance. In terms of color, at present, the printing factory also uses a 50 times magnifying glass to carefully check the color of the printed matter. Generally, the color is combined by the dots one by one. If the color is wrong, the dots will appear irregular distribution. Generally, the dots are regular and the dots are round.

3) The inspection of the overprint error is mainly to visually check whether there is a phenomenon of printing ghosting.

8.Warehousing

The packaging films that have passed the quality inspection are packaged and managed in a unified manner in the warehouse, so as to facilitate later shipments.

9.Delivery

After packing and warehousing, contact the customer, carry out far-distance logistics and near-delivery according to the distance. Logistics and distribution are carried out in far places (to ensure that the goods are not damaged), and free delivery to the door in nearby places.
