Where are your products made from?
All our products are produced internationally with our appointed manufacturing facilities in China. We ensure all our partners overseas compliance with our strict quality and environmental standards which is equipped with best-in-class processes to maintain consistent quality and uphold environmental commitments, holding certifications such as ISO14001, ISO9001, and ISO22000, among others.
What are your products made of?
Our products are crafted from high-quality, sustainable materials that align with our commitment to both performance and environmental responsibility. We primarily use biodegradable and eco-friendly materials such as kraft-paper, bagasse, cornstarch, PLA (polylactic acid), and other plant-based fibers for our food packaging and containers. These materials are designed to break down naturally over time, minimizing their impact on the environment.
Each product undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards while also providing durability and reliability. Our materials are free from harmful chemicals, making them safe for both food contact and everyday use. By choosing our products, you’re not only ensuring high quality but also contributing to a healthier planet.
What are your delivery costs?
We provide free shipping throughout Singapore for orders of 4 cartons or more. Delivery rates for smaller orders will be displayed at checkout. You may also consider to self-pick up at our warehouse upon appointment.
What kind of payment mode do you have?
We accept all kind of payment such as credit card, decit card, paynow, GrabPay and Atome (Buy now, Pay later). We do not accept Cash on Delivery.
Please note that if you would like to apply for credit term, you may filled up the online credit form with attached of your latest 6 month registered business profile.
Can I order sleeves or half cartons?
Yes, you can purchase individual packs on our Shopee platform. Simply search for our store under “EcoMunch”.
What are MOQ for custom printing or designing a product?
The minimum order quantities vary depending on the specific product. Each product has its own MOQ based on factors such as size, material, and design complexity. For more details, please contact us, and we’ll provide the specific MOQ for the product you’re interested in customizing. What is the lead time for custom printing?
The lead time typically ranges from 10 to 14 weeks. Our team will provide weekly or bi-weekly updates to keep you informed. We understand the urgency of your order and are committed to keeping you updated throughout the process.
Do you offer free storage?
Yes, we provide free storage for up to 3 months. If you require storage for a longer duration, additional fees may apply.
What is composting?
Composting is the process of converting organic waste, like food scraps and compostable packaging, into nutrient-rich compost that can be applied to the soil. It mimics the natural decomposition of organic materials by creating optimal conditions for microorganisms to break them down. The result is nutrient-dense soil that supports the growth of crops, garden plants, and trees.
The 5% donation fund will fund to where?
The donation will be funded to Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) and Giving.sg. Every alternate month, we contribute to WWF and Giving.sg, two organizations that align with our values of sustainability and community support. WWF focuses on global environmental conservation, while Giving.sg supports a wide range of charitable initiatives within Singapore.
